Job Title: Associate Attorney

Location: Boston, MA

Salary Rate: $100,000 - $180,000.

My client is a well-respected firm in Boston, who have a variety of practice areas. We are seeking an attorney with experience in litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate would have an MA bar admission and a variety of litigation experience. If that sounds like you, please apply!

What You Will Do

• Represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and client representation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel.
  
  

Skills Required

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Deposition and motion practice experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and client relationship skills.
• Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas: employment law, construction law, torts, and business litigation.
