Henderson Scott US is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate in Boston with roughly 2–6 years of corporate law experience. The role offers exposure to sophisticated M&A, corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy building client relationships in a hybrid environment with one day in the office.

Qualifications

• Corporate law experience.
