Job summary

W3Global seeks a Maryland-licensed attorney to join our in-office practice focusing on trusts and estates, with additional exposure to business and commercial real estate law. A plus is experience in either or both areas.

The position requires in-person work, and may be full-time or part-time depending on the candidate. The ideal candidate will have extensive estate planning experience, strong LexisNexis research skills, and proficiency with Clio and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of estate planning, business and real estate law.
• Experience with legal research using LexisNexis.
• Strong estate planning and probate leadership from filing to distribution.
• Excellent client communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of trusts and probate proceedings.

In addition to trusts and estates, our firm has a broad mix of business law and commercial real estate matters; experience in one or both of those areas would be a plus. You also must be licensed in Maryland. The position is in-office, and full-time or part-time would be possible, depending on the candidate.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of estate planning, business law, real estate law.
• Knowledge of legal document systems such as Clio and Microsoft Suite.
• Proven experience in legal research using LexisNexis.
• Strong skills in sophisticated estate planning, overseeing administration of trusts, and leading probate proceedings from initial filing to final distribution.
• Effective client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail and organizational standards.
