Job summary

Brodsky & Smith LLC in Bala Cynwyd, PA seeks an associate to join our established plaintiff’s class action practice, with a 25-year history of success in securities, environmental and complex litigation. This in-person role requires a law degree and commitment to the Bala Cynwyd office.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and discovery, drafting consent judgments and settlement agreements, preparing Prop 65 notices, negotiating settlements and consent decrees, performing legal research,

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• May have/seek California Bar license; not required.
• Ability to work full-time and in-person at Bala Cynwyd, PA office.

Brodsky & Smith, an established plaintiff’s class action firm with a 25 year history of success in securities, environmental, and complex litigation, seeks an associate to work from our Bala Cynwyd office.

Responsibilities:

• -Draft Pleadings and Discovery
• -Draft Consent Judgments and Settlement Agreements
• -Assist in Preparation of Prop 65 Notices
• -Negotiate Settlements and Consent Decrees
• -Perform Legal Research
• -Work in a Team Environment

Requirements:

Graduated from an accredited law school.As the firm has a substantial caseload in the state of California having a license to practice law in California or be willing to take the California Bar is a plus but not required.

Must have the ability to work full-time and in person at our Bala Cynwyd, PA office.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $150,000.Pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to work experience, qualifications and credentials.The position offers the potential for a significant end of the year bonus and profit sharing.
