AM200 Law Firm in Atlanta, GA is seeking a seasoned Medical Malpractice Defense Associate to join its nationally recognized team. You will own a diverse workload spanning the entire litigation lifecycle, including trials, with direct access to clients and strong mentorship.

The ideal candidate is a Georgia-licensed attorney with 3–6 years of medical malpractice defense experience, capable of managing own workload and handling complex state and federal litigation. A J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Georgia, in good standing.
• 3–6 years of medical malpractice defense experience, ideally managing own workload.
• Strong litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Law clerkship is advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full litigation lifecycle, including trials.
• Directly engage with clients and coordinate with internal teams on strategy.
• Manage discovery, motions, and case milestones throughout the lifecycle.

The renowned medical malpractice team represent a wide array of high-profile medical professionals and institutions across complex and high-stakes compliance, regulatory, transactional and litigation matters, both regionally and nationally.

As a result of their exceptional reputation across the industry, the team are now expanding and have a fantastic offering for an Associate to join them, taking ownership of a diverse and complex workload, overseeing the entire litigation lifecycle, including trials.

Requirements:

• J.D. obtained from and ABA accredited School of Law.
• Admitted to practice in Georgia, and in good standing.
• 3-6 Yrs of solid Medical Malpractice Defense experience, ideally having managed your own workload.
• Strong litigation experience, in both State and Federal Courts.
• Law Clerkship is advantageous, but not essential.
