The Department of Psychology at Michigan State University is recruiting a faculty member with expertise in industrial andorganizational psychology or a related field for a tenure system appointment at an advanced assistant or at the associate professor level starting Fall 2027. The ideal candidate will have established a strong program of visible research, a history of (or clear potential for) external funding, a demonstrated commitment to excellence in undergraduate andgraduate teaching, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in mentoring graduate students. We are particularly interested in applicants whose research focuses on issues related to workforce health and well-being, leadership, motivation, selection, teams, work redesign, workforcedevelopment, and data science applications to the workplace. In addition, the College of Social Science at Michigan State University sponsorsa cross-disciplinary initiative related to the Future of Work and scholars who can contribute to this thematic area are also encouraged to apply.
