Job Summary

AFI seeks a charismatic, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to serve as an Associate Asset Manager. This role involves significant interaction with clients and stakeholders, requiring effective communication on complex issues. Responsibilities include overseeing property performance, collaborating with staff to optimize assets, and communicating with property owners and stakeholders.

This position offers a base salary of $48,000 - $65,000/year and is 100% remote.

Job Duties

• Receive and track owner & client issues
• Drive resolution of issues with AFI team members
• Communicate directly with owners regarding queries
• Create SOPs for FAQ resolution
• Train staff to ensure timely responses and resolutions

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• College education preferred
• Willing to complete pre-employment drug test and background screening
