Job Description

We are seeking an Associate to join the Brooklyn Properties’ Hospitality team in NYC. This role supports the North American Hospitality team in overseeing hospitality investments and conducting analysis for strategic decision-making. You will work with a portfolio valued at approximately $10 billion across various markets and chain scales.

The team is responsible for strategic oversight, including performance monitoring, financial analysis, and collaboration across different business units to ensure investment success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly valuation models and presentations for senior management.
• Support strategic analysis and portfolio decisions through financial modeling.
• Assist with property transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing.
• Manage lender relationships through performance analysis.
• Support onboarding of new assets and contribute to forecasting and business planning.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, real estate investing, or private equity.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of capital markets and real estate; hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
