Job summary
DC Global Talent Inc. in Miami is seeking an Associate, Asset Management and FP&A to optimize the performance of hospitality assets across Puerto Rico and the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of finance and acquisitions, delivering deep analytical support for owned properties and potential acquisitions. You will develop budgets, forecasts, and dashboards; analyze RevPAR/ADR/GOP/EBITDA; perform variance analyses; and support investor reporting and refinancing strategies.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in hospitality financial planning, asset management, investment underwriting, or a related discipline.
- Background at a hotel investment firm, hospitality consultancy, asset management company, or hotel operating company preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in multi-property financial modelling and analysis.
- High proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with data analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for owned hotel properties and new acquisitions.
- Build property-wide and departmental performance dashboards.
- Analyze KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, GOP, EBITDA, and flow-through efficiency to identify opportunities.
- Conduct variance analysis comparing actual performance to budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and growth potential.
- Benchmark portfolio property performance against market-leading hotels, F&B, and entertainment venues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor data to inform pricing, revenue management, and cost efficiency strategies.
- Support financial feasibility analysis on capital expenditures, renovations, and expansion opportunities.
- Prepare strategic presentations and financial analyses to support business plans and budget setting.
- Drive process improvements and automation across financial reporting and data analysis.
- Support monthly investor reporting and loan compliance, financing, and refinancing strategies

Hospitality Private Equity & Management Company Miami, Puerto Rico, or Scottsdale USD $125,000 - $135,000 + 20% Bonus
We are looking for an Associate, Asset Management and FP&A, for a Miami-based hospitality private equity and management company with a growing portfolio of upper-upscale and luxury resorts across Puerto Rico and the US. This is a high-visibility analytical role reporting to senior leadership across Finance and Acquisitions, with a dual focus: improving the operating performance of owned properties and supporting underwriting and due diligence on new acquisitions.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for owned hotel properties and new acquisitions

- Base salary of USD $125,000 - $135,000 per year
- 20% target annual bonus
