The candidate will advise on AI governance, monitor developments in AI law, and develop expertise in AI issues in corporate deals, while building client relationships. Hybrid work is possible.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a nationally recognized law school with strong academics.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top-tier firm.
• Experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Admission (or eligibility) to the relevant bar.
