Trulieve is seeking an Associate Art Director to lead print, apparel graphics, and experiential campaigns across our recreational and medical markets. This role translates brand identities into tangible experiences for retail, events, and promotions, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate offers extensive print production knowledge, strong typography, and a proven portfolio in merchandise, apparel graphics, and environmental design.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional design experience with leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio in print production, branded merchandise, apparel graphics, and environmental design.
• Experience delivering production-ready artwork and vendor coordination.
• Expert knowledge of typography, layout, color, and production design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of branded merchandise, apparel, and retail collateral.
• Design concepts for retail environments, signage, and event graphics.
• Prepare production-ready files for offset, digital, screen printing, embroidery, and large-format printing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality and color accuracy.
• Develop mockups and presentations for stakeholder approvals.
