You’ll work closely with local teams and the Area Operations Director to ensure each health center is running smoothly, meeting key goals, and providing the very best care.

This is a dynamic, hands-on operations role ideal for someone who’s passionate about leadership, collaboration, and meaningful impact — and who brings a clinical background to their operational expertise.

What You’ll Do:

Support day-to-day operations across multiple clinics, including staffing, inventory, and resource needs

Help teams stay on track with budgets, KPIs, and performance goals

Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and AAAHC requirements

Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating support staff

Coach and mentor team members to build a strong culture of accountability, inclusion, and growth

Identify operational improvements and implement creative, cost-effective solutions

Support clinic openings and service transitions with on-the-ground leadership and planning

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

Ability and willingness to travel at least 25% to support clinics in San Antonio, Odessa, and other parts of Texas

Clinical background strongly preferred: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant with 5+ years of clinical experience

3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting

Experience with multi-site operations or health center performance is a plus

Working knowledge of healthcare performance metrics, budgeting, and process improvement

Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Comfort with technology, performance tracking tools, and healthcare systems

A collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership

And Just as Important…

Your drive to support others, your ability to adapt quickly, and your belief that healthcare should feel personal, consistent, and empowering — for both patients and teams. You lead by example, thrive on making things better, and show up ready to help every single day.
