Job summary

The Brixton Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Associate Architecture AI Analyst to help design and implement AI architecture solutions. You will work with senior architects and AI specialists to gain hands-on experience with backend development and Anthropic Claude integrations.

You will write clean, tested code, assist with prompt engineering, data preparation, and AI pipelines, and collaborate with architecture, data science, product, and DevOps teams to deliver practical AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to one year of professional, academic, or project-based experience in software development or AI.
• Foundational knowledge of Java, Python, and object-oriented programming.
• Basic understanding of machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and version-control workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in responsible AI and the Anthropic Claude ecosystem.
• Financial-services or personal loan-management knowledge is preferred.
