Job summary

Integrity Express Logistics (IEL) is seeking an Associate Analytics Engineer to support the development, validation, and enhancement of data models and analytics solutions. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Technology to drive BI and decision-support using dbt, Snowflake, Fivetran, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.

You will build and optimize data models, govern data quality, and deliver scalable analytics across load profitability,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of analytics engineering, data engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Strong SQL knowledge and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and BI tools.
• Experience in Agile development and 3PL/logistics domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, test, and enhance data models and transformations using dbt across staging, intermediate, and mart layers.
• Support data integration and pipeline performance, monitor synchronization, and troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Build Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports with secure data access.
• Validate transformed data against source systems and accounting records; document data lineage and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews and Agile processes.
