Corteva Agriscience is seeking an Associate Analytical Scientist in Indiana to support analytical method development, validation, and data generation for crop health products. You will work under experienced SMEs to conduct studies and document results, collaborating with project teams across R&D to drive reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science required.
• 2+ years of analytical chemistry experience with LC, GC, MS preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrates flexibility to meet urgent projects while maintaining data quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to perform experiments and report results.
• Conduct analytical studies including non-GLP method verifications under SME guidance.
• Generate and document analytical data per study design and guidance from SMEs.
• Troubleshoot and interpret data with mentorship from SMEs.
• Escalate complex issues to SMEs to meet study requirements.
• Support transfer of established methods to QC laboratories and troubleshoot with QC teams.
• Develop automated and digital tools and high-throughput workflows to improve analytics.
• Maintain daily lab operations and instrument upkeep in the analytical laboratories.
• Continue developing technical expertise through hands-on experience and mentorship.
