Job summary

Eurofins Food Chemistry Madison is hiring for a lab position with evening hours (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm). Responsibilities include performing routine analyses under GMP/GLP, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with methods and SOPs.

The ideal candidate will join a collaborative team, learn to operate instruments like UPLC, HPLC, GC, LCMS, and contribute to accurate data generation while maintaining safety and proper PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (lab experience may substitute)
• Relevant experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• May work with potentially hazardous materials
• Exposure to potential food allergens
• Overtime and weekend work as required
• Use of PPE (personal protective equipment)

Responsibilities

• Applies GMP/ GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
• Learns to conduct routine analyses independently and in compliance with applicable methods, protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
• Learns how to document work and maintain study documentation and records
• Learns to use laboratory equipment and software appropriate for assigned tasks
• Attends and participates in project meetings
• Learns to perform peer review of data
• Learns to plan workload daily and coordinate with team
• Contributes to a cohesive team environment and maintains a positive attitude
• Performs other related duties as assigned
