Job Title: Associate Analyst, Survey Insights

Location: Remote (Must reside in the USA)
Note: Candidates located within commutable distance to an office location (Portland-OR, New York-NY, or Reston-VA) are required to report onsite 2x a week.

About This Role:

The Associate Analyst, Survey Insights will play a key role in supporting the Director, Survey Insights on survey projects, product management, and innovation. The Associate Analyst will work with data from custom research projects to deliver strategic consulting services and assist the team with other product-related initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with the Survey and Lift Research team (SLR) on a divergent product set, including studies focused on a wide variety of client objectives/methodologies, leveraging Comscore's unique data assets and technologies
  • Assists in the development of questionnaires
  • Coordinates recruitment set-up and field management with technical and operations teams
  • Supports managers with survey research projects to ensure they align with the client’s research objectives
  • Coordinates the preparation of client presentations
  • Assist in analyzing data sets in order to communicate compelling insights to clients. Perform basic analysis of survey research results, including sub-group analysis for inclusion in reports. Basic analysis to include:
    • Produce descriptive analyses of results consistent with client research objectives
    • Perform basic analyses of statistical significance using accepted measures such as t-tests, chi square and analysis of variance
    • Create and implement of weighting schemes with supervision
  • Support other associated tasks and duties which may be identified and assigned by management.
  • Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000; commensurate with experience

What You’ll Need:

  • BA in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or quantitative field
  • Proficient in SPSS or other relevant statistical programs
  • Commitment to work on projects from start to finish
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel Skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and experience with Power BI are assets.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
