• Utilize tools such as Morningstar Direct, FactSet, and internal systems to gather, analyze, and maintain data.
• Provide timely insights and updates on performance and market developments to stakeholders.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely, tailoring messaging to different audiences.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to discussions, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or related area

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Progress toward or interest in obtaining CFA designation
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain per department guidelines)
• Experience with investment research tools such as Morningstar Direct, FactSet, or similar platforms
• Exposure to data analysis tools or programming languages such as Python or R
• Interest in applying advanced analytics or AI tools to investment research

Technical & Professional Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and investment data
• Strong problem‑solving and research capabilities
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools, systems, and concepts

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
