This position applies advanced revenue cycle knowledge to resolve highly complex revenue and claims issues, research observed patterns and trends, provide analysis and recommendations, and support projects through deep dives and project management skills. It manages and executes clinic outreach and follow-up on missing documentation requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Completes time-sensitive data entry, root cause analysis, trending, and data querying. Summarizes findings to share with leadership. Develops and performs action plans or process improvements.
2. Executes MFD (More Frequent Dialysis) projects that enhance revenue cycle processes, including process improvements, system, and workflow enhancements; resolves revenue and claims issues.
3. Meets with business partners and impacted teams to maintain relationships and provide high-level updates on initiatives. Serves as a resource for others.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency – Required
• 4 to 6 years of HIM/Revenue Cycle experience – Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field – Highly Preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications – Required
• Experience with data analysis and/or process innovation – Required

TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel: 0-15% based on project needs
• Nights/Weekends: As needed to meet project objectives

Salary/Wage Range

$23.50-$39.50 per hour. If hired, candidates will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their location and exemption status.
