Job summary

Asure Software is seeking an Associate AI Software Engineer in Addison, TX. You will design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered software that supports Asure's HCM products. The role focuses on Python development and integrating LLMs and AI services within our AWS cloud stack.

You will work with a senior team to grow skills in AI software practices, data pipelines, and responsible AI patterns, contributing to business-critical applications across payroll and HR workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• Fundamentals of software development and data structures.
• Foundational AI/ML concepts and LLMs.
• Experience with APIs and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Git or version control experience.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to build AI-powered features.
• Write clean, tested Python code for applications and APIs leveraging AI/LLMs.
• Integrate LLMs and AI services into software in AWS environment.
• Assist with prompt design, evaluation, and validation of AI features.
• Contribute to data pipelines and embeddings/vector search components.
• Participate in code reviews and fix defects in AI-enabled apps.
• Support deployment and operation of AI services in AWS.
