Job summary

CMC Recruiting is partnering with a Bellevue, WA wealth management team to hire an Associate Advisor (Relationship Manager) who will join onsite. You will inherit an established client base, work with experienced Advisors, and receive hands‑on mentorship while developing into a trusted Financial Advisor.

This early‑career role emphasizes client relationship management, ongoing service, and collaborative growth within a supportive advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Series 7 license.
• Series 66 license (or Series 63 and Series 65).
• Washington Life & Disability Insurance license.
• 1–4 years of experience in financial services or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organization and follow‑through.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite in Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an established book of ~1,000 client households.
• Deliver proactive service and deepen client relationships.
• Meet with clients to review goals and provide planning recommendations.
• Prepare financial proposals and client meeting materials.
• Support fee‑based planning engagements and advisory relationships.
• Learn from a Senior Advisor through side‑by‑side mentorship.
