Job summary

AlTi Tiedemann Global in San Francisco seeks an Associate Advisor to join our Client Advisory team. You will service clients across discretionary investment management and wealth planning, prepare analyses, and present findings to clients.

This role emphasizes teamwork and initiative, with opportunities to develop performance reporting, cash flow planning, and investment allocations. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of related experience, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, are required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of Wealth Management services under the supervision of senior client team members.
• Partner with the Firm’s internal Client Service Team to ensure requests are processed and handled accurately and timely.
• Customized client presentations which include portfolio performance and analysis, planning recommendations, and cash flow management.
• Development of investment portfolio allocations, Investment Policy Statements, and trading decisions which reflect firm investment themes as well as individual client goals in collaboration with teammates.
• Communication with clients and outside advisors.
• Maintenance, creation, and analysis of performance reports.
• Execution of investment decisions.
• Client wealth forecasting.
• Onboarding of new clients.
• Business development support.
• Opportunities for professional development and education.

With respect to positions in our San Francisco Office, the expected base salary ranges from $75,000 -$95,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, and education. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
