Job summary

Baruch Senior Ministries in Flushing, MI, seeks a dynamic, full-time Associate Administrator to guide Hyde Park and Living Joy operations, uphold quality care, and lead customer service and staff development. Qualifications

Job description

Baruch Senior Ministries , a faith-based, non-profit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to serve as a full-time Associate Administrator for our neighborhood communities, Hyde Park and Living Joy , located in Flushing, MI. Both Hyde Park and Living Joy offer assisted living and specialized care in a homelike environment, with a range of care.

As the Associate Administrator, you will work with the Administrator to manage overall facility operations and lead by example with regard to customer service, employee relations and quality assurance while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will participate in the selecting, hiring, supervision and development of qualified personnel to lead all major departments while ensuring continuity and consistency in the delivery and quality of services.

You will participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.

Qualified Candidates will possess -

• A passion for our mission of caring for people as they age.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 Years of experience in working in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facilities, or a combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Outlook, and other software programs used by Baruch.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
