The Value-Based Care Infrastructure Associate Actuary will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of infrastructure related to value-based care initiatives. This position will focus on actuarial modeling, data analysis, and reporting of value-based care performance expectations. The associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the infrastructure aligns with organizational goals in value-based care.

The Associate Actuary ensures data integrity by developing and executing necessary processes and controls around the flow of data. They will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs/issues, troubleshoot problems, conduct root cause analysis, and develop cost-effective resolutions for data anomalies. The associate actuary will support the identification and implementation of infrastructure enhancements and new capabilities to support regulatory changes, business needs, and capacity for expansion. A key focus is on creating capacity through efficiency in existing processes, including robust changes to infrastructure of existing tools and pricing methodologies.

Pay Range

The estimated starting salary range is $106,900 - $147,000 per year, based on location and experience. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
