What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage actuarial projects from initial analysis through final delivery
  • Perform advanced data analysis, modeling, and reporting using Excel and R
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner directly with clients, brokers, auditors, and cross-functional teams
  • Mentor junior actuarial staff and review technical work products
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop documentation for models, methodologies, and data processes
  • Contribute to business development efforts, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of actuarial experience in areas such as pricing, reserving, predictive modeling, capital modeling, ERM, or reinsurance
  • ACAS designation with continued progress toward FCAS preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and advanced expertise in R
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
