Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Marlborough, MA seeks an Associate Accounts Receivable Specialist for a hybrid role, with in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays at the Club Support Center and remote Mondays and Fridays. The Associate Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for processing a variety of receivables, performing account reconciliations, and preparing reporting and analysis for Senior Management.

Key duties include:

• Preparing monthly reporting for Finance, Merchandise Management, and Merchants regarding balances in the Merchants Prepaid account, as well as applying open receivables using available prepaid balances.
• The role also involves completing weekly and monthly journal entries to reconcile Instacart and DoorDash receivables and related liability accounts, providing flux explanations for account reconciliations, and producing monthly AR Direct Analysis reporting for leadership.
• Additional responsibilities include assisting with the weekly unboxing of club mail to sort paper coupons for processing by Inmar and tracking the boxes received from each club, as well as additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Office Experience
• 1-2 years as Staff Accountant

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $46,000.00 - $61,000.00
