Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Associate Accounts Receivable Specialist to support finance and AR processes in our Marlborough, MA Club Support Center.

This hybrid role requires in-office days Tue–Thu with remote Mon and Fri, enabling balance between teamwork and focused work. The role involves preparing monthly reporting for Finance and Merchants, reconciling receivables and related liabilities, and providing analytical support to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–2 years office experience.
• 1–2 years as Staff Accountant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting for Finance, Merchandising, and Merchants regarding balances and prepaid accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations and provide flux explanations for reconciliations.
• Support weekly/monthly AR journal entries and reporting for leadership.
