Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring analyses with variance explanations for finance partners.
• Review P&L statements for reasonableness and accuracy.
• Research abnormal variances and identify root causes.
• Prepare, review and post journal entries for each period.
• Assist in budgeting and quarterly forecasts with data and trends.
• Validate monthly balances per GAAP and internal policies.
• Communicate balance compositions and variances to management.
• Produce special financial reports as requested by management.
• Suggest adjusting journal entries as needed.
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Ensure internal reporting aligns with GAAP; maintain desk procedures.
• Support data collection for external audits.
