Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $64,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for various accounts and business units
• Maintain historical trial balances and assist in preparing tax documents (e.g., 1099-NEC)
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and various balance sheet items (e.g., prepaid expenses, investments, payroll withholdings)
• Analyze and reconcile lockbox deposits from external entities; resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
• Support biweekly payroll processing and reconcile entries to the general ledger
• Maintain schedules for leases (rent, equipment) and perform associated reconciliations
• Create and review journal entries across departments and accounts
• Assist with audit preparations, internal reports, and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (strongly preferred)
• Prior experience with bank reconciliations required
• Experience with accounts payable, payroll systems (ADP preferred), and general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to pass an onsite accounting assessment (80% or higher required to move forward in process)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (including THC)
