Job Description

This role is responsible for managing accounts to meet revenue goals, overseeing renewals and upsell opportunities, and balancing the needs of customers with organizational goals. The account manager maintains proactive oversight, handles day‑to‑day service requirements, and builds relationships with customers and brokers to drive positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow revenue base through upsells, account retention, and improving financial gains at renewal.
  • Coordinate account management with a focus on selecting appropriate solutions that balance client needs with business goals.
  • Administer renewal proposals, review financial data, and deliver win‑win recommendations.
  • Act as primary point of contact and liaison between customer and internal teams to ensure exceptional experience.
  • Collaborate to coordinate account service and develop partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner and present solutions to leadership, identifying opportunities to expand and enhance services/processes.
Qualifications
  • 0+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong business math and analytical skills to position financial outcomes that contribute to revenue goals.
  • Solid consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Licenses
  • Must obtain and maintain required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and meet continuing education requirements.
Base Pay Information

Pay Grade 18: $56,900 – $119,200.
