Job description

What you'll do
  • Align with Account Managers you support to determine strategy for account portfolio and maximize and protect revenue through weekly one‑on‑one and quarterly territory planning.
  • Manage smaller dollar transactions such as adding banks or users, including creating and delivering change orders in coordination with account managers.
  • Generate and mature pipeline for customer portfolio through client interactions and coordinated campaigns with account managers and leadership.
  • Support account managers with a divide‑and‑conquer mentality to ensure all customers are properly attended to and expansion opportunities maximized.
  • Coordinate consulting services scope and pricing for ad‑hoc professional services needs.
  • Participate and support key customer‑facing events such as executive business reviews, strategic meetings, product demos, and support cadences.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams—including sales, engineering, support, professional services, product, and marketing—to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
  • Prepare and analyze renewal audits ahead of renewal timeframes, two or more quarters before contract expiration.
  • Handle routine issues, and when needed, initiate escalation and manage customer issues that fall outside the role’s scope.
  • Work with the renewal team to review renewal packets and strategize renewal options with the account management team.
  • Complement account manager services without duplicating efforts, such as meeting attendance.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews to discuss prior quarter achievements and plan upcoming quarter goals.
  • Focus 80% of tasks on revenue‑driven activities—pipeline building, deal maturation, deal closure, and renewal retention—and 20% on administrative and support functions.
What you bring
  • Organizational skills to manage up to 40 simultaneous change orders or client inquiries.
  • 2‑3 years of business experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably in SaaS software; experience in sales, business development, or customer success.
  • Quick learning ability and adaptability to new tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency with MS or Google productivity tools—Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
  • A passion for building relationships and working directly with customers.
  • Comfortable managing conflict and escalation.
  • Self‑starter with strong time‑management and organizational skills; proven track record of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams.
  • Comfortable with performance metrics and measured to targets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client visits or events.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups.
  • Preferred degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Business Management, or related field.
  • Background in Treasury, Cash Management, or equivalent is preferred.
Benefits

The annual base salary range for this role is 63,560 dollars to 80,412.50 dollars, with potential for variable compensation such as performance bonus or commission‑based plan and long‑term incentive. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success. In addition to base pay, the position may be eligible for variable compensation and long‑term incentive. The final package will be determined by skills, experience and qualifications.
