Manage business processes that support achieving and maintaining an optimal business position to sustain and grow membership. Provide support to group Account Management client servicing functions and prepare information for existing accounts to ensure deadlines are met and inquiries are responded to promptly. Create sales opportunities through targeted external customer-facing enrollment activities, fostering effective relationships with brokers/consultants and frontline benefit contacts to increase membership, support KP, and enhance customer loyalty and retention. Monitor and maintain data integrity within sales systems, accounts, and books of business to improve communication, sales performance, and management.
