Role: Associate Account Executive (Sales)
The Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business while growing and maintaining current accounts by selling and promoting product lines and services, through an education-based sales approach, as well as building and cultivating client relationships while providing exceptional customer service.

This is a remote Texas based, preferably Dallas, full-time field position for a candidate with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Profitability
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targeted sales goals as well as new product launch sales goals.
  • Prospecting new business development opportunities within assigned territory
  • Elevate our brand by ensuring compliance of all spas with merchandising, promotional, online and communication guidelines.
  • Consult, recommend, and sell BR product lines.
  • Ensure meeting budget targets.
Client Relationship Building
  • Develop, onboard and manage new and existing business and services within spas, medi-spas, and resorts.
  • Cultivate and build relationships with accounts/ conduct daily calls to clients ensuring the highest level of customer service is upheld.
  • Provide in-person, and conference call, as needed.
  • In conjunction with the Education department, ensure education training plans are in place for accounts.
  • Contribute to the organization of and participate in Seminars and Workshops.
  • Answer customers’ questions and resolve concerns and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of the Brand’s product offerings / understand the features and benefits of each product in the line.
  • Overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers.
  • Understand the customers’ existing non Biologique Recherche product lines and suggest comparable products and alternatives.
Sales Administration
  • Prepare sales orders as needed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities.
Experience and rolerequirements
  • 2 year of college preferred
  • 3+ years of sales experience, high-end luxury++
  • 3+ years in the beauty industry, specifically skincare
  • Experience as an account executive have account management responsibility for industry independents (spas, medi-spas, skincare/beautyFSS, hotels)
  • Based in Texas, preferably Dallas ++

  • California remote role
  • Research industry trends through trade publications, internet, and training sessions to develop business knowledge.
  • Strong Microsoft Suite and Salesforce knowledge, and GSuite and QuickBooks a plus
Annual Salary: $80,000-$85,000 + bonus
