Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Associate Account Executive for our Senior Care Industry Practice in any one of our Marsh offices in the United States . The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. The Senior Care Team is expanding and looking to hire top talent to support their growing business across the U.S.

We will count on you to:

  • Utilize detailed risk expertise to perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, and developing solutions while articulating the impact of options.
  • Monitor the retention of business and generate new business opportunities.
  • Help establish the growth and retention strategy for the account team and monitor its implementation.
  • Ensure the success of relationships with moderately complex clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Serve as a client contact, responding to more complex client needs and questions to enhance the client experience.


What you need to have:
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role, preferably within the insurance or risk management industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risks and financial data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Property & Casualty Licensed

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,000 to $129,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
