What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote cancer screening liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
- Meet or exceed sales goals and manage promotional budgets in alignment with national strategy
- Develop and implement business plans to support product launch and expansion
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve company goals and objectives
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to leadership for strategic improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing field-based sales role, preferably in healthcare
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers
- Knowledge of product launch planning and execution
- Familiarity with the primary care practice landscape in the territory
- High-touch customer service skills
