Associate Account Executive, Screening Sales (Atlanta, GA Southeast)

This is an opportunity to join the growing Screening and Early Detection commercial team as a field-based Associate Account Executive. You will support go-to-market sales strategies and launch innovative cancer screening technologies, promoting colorectal cancer (CRC) liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings. This role requires passion, urgency, and a commitment to delivering cutting-edge products for early cancer detection.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect and target healthcare providers to promote high utilization of SHIELD for CRC and other cancer screenings.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and optimize promotional budgets aligned with the national sales strategy.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with primary care providers and laboratories offering phlebotomy services.
  • Create and execute a business plan supporting product launch and brand strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and share insights with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate promotional activities within the assigned territory to support sales and marketing goals.
  • Work collaboratively across departments and with sales teams to achieve objectives.
  • Travel daily within the territory and occasionally outside for regional or national meetings.
  • Uphold company values of integrity, innovation, and teamwork, and support compliance with quality policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, field-based sales role, preferably in healthcare (diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals).
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet/exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling diagnostic products directly to primary care providers.
  • Product launch experience and familiarity with primary care landscape.

Personal Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Ability to meet access requirements for healthcare facilities.
  • Willingness to travel daily within the territory.

The US base salary range for this full-time role is $96,000 to $105,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, commissions, or equity. Compensation is determined by location, experience, and skills.
