Perforce Software is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join the west Puppet sales team. This entry-level role provides a foundation in sales principles and methodologies while supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities.

You will assist in customer acquisition, maintain CRM records, and participate in training sessions to grow your skills within a collaborative, global organization that values belonging and wellness.

Position Summary:

Our leader for the west Puppet sales team at Perforce is searching for an Associate Account Executive to join the team. The Associate Account Executive at Perforce will be an entry-level position where individuals will be in the process of acquiring a foundational understanding of sales principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic customer acquisition and retention activities
• Learn and apply foundational sales principles and methodologies
• Support the sales team in administrative tasks and data entry
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
• Help maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with sales regulations
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
• May be required to support additional products/brands as required

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of CRM software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

The base pay range targeted for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 USD. This position will be eligible for a Sales Commission Plan.
