As an Associate Account Executive, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. As our primary connection to healthcare professionals who rely on our products, you are the face and voice of our solutions. The insights and feedback you share with your team and cross-functional partners help validate and advise priorities and changes.
The Associate Account Executive will have ownership of the day-to-day interactions with select Bardy existing customers, focusing on building relationships, driving sales growth, servicing accounts on product use, and reporting. They will assist in achieving regional goals under the mentorship of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
We connect with healthcare providers daily to understand their needs and build positive relationships. We are a collaborative team that challenges each other to improve and succeed, whether in the field or within the team.
Compensation is estimated between $52,800 and $132,000 annually, with potential for commissions and incentives. Details depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
