As an Associate Account Executive, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day.

As our primary connection to healthcare professionals who rely on our products, you are the face and voice of our solutions. You enjoy seeing the connections between teams and how they work together to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and cross-functional partners help validate and advise priorities and changes.

The Associate Account Executive will have ownership of the day-to-day interactions with select Bardy existing customers, focusing on building relationships, driving sales growth, servicing accounts on product use, and reporting. They will assist in achieving regional goals under the mentorship of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

Your Team

We connect with healthcare providers daily to understand their needs and build positive relationships. We are a collaborative team that challenges each other to improve and succeed, whether in the field or within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage established accounts, focusing on retention and growth activities.
  • Ensure continued prescription of Bardy CAM patch and identify new prescribers within these accounts.
  • Build relationships, promote product benefits, and outcompete rivals.
  • Influence decision-making through consulting and presentations.
  • Explain and help physicians utilize reports effectively.
  • Manage inventory and conduct regular audits.
  • Provide staff training on product application and system use.
  • Develop routes to optimize account coverage based on prescribing levels.
  • Address issues by coordinating with Customer Experience team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; at least 2 years of outside B2B or medical device sales experience required.
  • Clinical experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Curious, insightful, and strategic with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.

Compensation is estimated between $52,800 and $132,000 annually, with potential for commissions and incentives. Details depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
