Job summary

HUB International in Berkeley Heights, NJ is hiring an Associate Account Executive for our Commercial Lines team on a hybrid schedule. You will support account management, check coverages, prepare proposals, and handle endorsements and invoicing with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain account folders following internal Quality Control guidelines.

• Review policies for accuracy and coverage, including rating calculations.
• Coordinate with Accounting on premium charges vs endorsements and invoices.
• Assist insureds and underwriters with questions.
