The North Face is seeking an Associate Accessories Designer to help bring gloves and headwear to life, blending performance with style and growth in your design career. This role is based in Denver with a hybrid schedule.

You will collaborate with designers, support research and concept development, prepare technical specifications, and create drawings using Illustrator, while learning from a talented team. This entry‑level role values curiosity and detail orientation for outdoor gear.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in product/accessories design or related field.
• Developing knowledge of gloves, headwear, or other accessories and their construction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong sketching, concepting, and technical specification skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to develop gloves and headwear concepts.
• Support research, concept development, product design, color application and specs creation.
• Execute and refine designs with guidance from senior team members.
• Build understanding of accessory construction, materials, fit and performance.
• Create technical drawings, presentations and product specifications using Illustrator.
• Contribute to design reviews, brainstorming and workshops with curiosity and learning mindset.
• Stay connected to industry trends and VF design DNA to inspire product development.
