Position Title: Store Associate (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Department: 7-Eleven

Reports To: General Manager

FLSA: Non-Exempt / Hourly

Position Summary

Applegreen USA is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a store associate for our 7-Eleven location. The store associate greets and assists customers, serving as the face of our company. Responsibilities include providing outstanding service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, stocking and merchandising products, and operating the register.

• Stock and merchandise products and operate the register.
• Greet customers with a smile, demonstrating reliability and honesty.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service.
• Drive sales through effective communication.
• Perform cashier duties, including ringing sales and maintaining cash control.
• Perform regular cleaning activities and other assigned tasks.
• Forecast, order, and stock merchandise with appropriate training.
• Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Constant standing and walking, with occasional stooping, reaching, kneeling, and crouching/squatting.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20–50 pounds frequently or occasionally.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
