Overview

Ashfords Trusts and Estates team is recruiting an Associate (ideally with at least 4 years PQE) based in either Exeter or Bristol on a full‑time permanent basis.

The team advises on wills and succession planning, trusts, probate and the administration of estates, tax planning, structuring of art, heritage, cultural or other unique assets, and wealth preservation.

Clients are high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners, executors, trustees, farmers and landowners, giving a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality legal work and take responsibility for cases, including advising on the above matters and ensuring client satisfaction.
