Qualificações

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Admission to practice in New York and/or New Jersey.
• Experience in professional liability, insurance defense, or commercial litigation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and depositions.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare case strategy, and support trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and client updates.
• Work closely with partners and clients on case development and risk assessment.
• Assist in the defense of professional liability claims and related commercial disputes.

• Work on complex professional liability matters (legal malpractice, accounting, and other professional services)
