Coughlin Midlige & Garland LLP, a full-service law firm with a sophisticated national and international practice, seeks a mid- to senior-level Associate Attorney (graduation year 2021 or earlier) with insurance coverage experience to work in our Insurance Services Group handling a wide variety of insurance coverage litigation and advice matters.

Candidates should have experience litigating in New Jersey and/or New York state and federal courts.

Positions offer excellent opportunity for growth, competitive salary (exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience and work location); salary range – exclusive of bonus $170,000 – $200,000. Excellent benefits including a hybrid on-site / remote work schedule and a “4-week work from anywhere” program. Position can be located in Morristown, New Jersey or at our office in lower Manhattan.
