Associate Subcontracts Admin

This role is responsible for developing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements and licenses of varying risk, complexity, and dollar value. Responsibilities include creating solicitations, analyzing costs, negotiating specifications and terms, and ensuring compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. This description provides a general overview; specific duties are set by managers.

SCOPE: Develops and administers subcontracts of low to moderate complexity, aligned with client requirements and procurement policies. Creates solicitations, analyzes prices, negotiates terms, and ensures performance compliance. Typically handles subcontracts valued up to a specified threshold, with potential involvement in higher-value contracts under supervision.

PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Handles assignments of low to moderate complexity, following standard practices and procedures to analyze situations or data.

IMPACT: Contributes to organizational goals; failure to meet targets may cause delays or cost impacts.

LIAISON: Interacts daily with supervisors, procurement staff, suppliers, and internal teams.
