Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Analyst to support applications, resolve routine issues, and enrich the solution database under supervision. You will communicate with users to understand problems and document findings, participate in Business Analysis processes, and help test new application evolutions.
The role requires a BS in engineering or related field or PE certification, strong communication, and familiarity with Microsoft applications; Visual Basic or similar
JOB SUMMARY: Answer requests for applications support using solutions to routine problems of limited scope under close supervision. Enrich solution database with supervision.
Communicate with different users across the facility to understand and solve their issues with different applications using common and team knowledge.
Participate in the creation of Business Analysis processes and related documentation.
Participates in the overall testing of new applications evolutions.
Participates in the technical feasibility studies.
Collaborates with the Information Systems teams to define possible technical solutions.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or Applied Science from an accredited College or University, –or- Certification as a registered professional engineer in any state of the United States that requires an examination to be certified. May substitute 2 years of directly related work experience for 1 year of college education.
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft applications
Visual Basic (or other programming language).
Business Analyst experience
Work in an open office at a computer for long periods of time.
On occasion, may be around loud noises (riveting, aircraft engines, etc.).
The compensation for this position typically falls between $58,543.00 and $78,193.00 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime under FLSA guidelines. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
