About the Role:

Leads a team of RMMs (Regional Marketing Managers) responsible for building connections with National, Regional and emerging Thought Leaders (TLs), gaining insights, building customer advocacy and implementing marketing strategy in support of business objectives.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
  1. Liaise compliantly with cross-functional stakeholders such as field medical, sales, marketing, market access, corporate affairs, and other areas to advance brand objectives/strategies.
  2. Support individual brand teams in Psychiatry, Neurology and Long-Term Care as well as Medical Marketing, Patient Marketing and Digital Marketing on various projects and insights to support the brand objectives for both Tardive dyskinesia and HD Chorea.
  3. Hold team accountable for development of regional business plans focused on the strategic imperatives for current Neuro/Psych Franchise products in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate with Field Medical Affairs, Sales teams, Key Account Managers, and other field stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to managing relationships with thought leaders and organizations to meet brand objectives.
  5. Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, regulations, and laws at all times.
  6. Lead and develop personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Medical Marketing:
  1. Lead team in executing local peer-to-peer program activities, including investment management, program reviews, approvals, and speaker selection.
  2. Guide team in executing annual peer-to-peer activities, including identifying emerging thought leaders, speaker selection, feedback collection, and training.
  3. Support broader Speaker Bureau activities across various provider groups, and evaluate speakers periodically.
  4. Lead planning, coordination, and execution of regional conference plans, including TL engagements.
  5. Support planning and execution of HCP advisory boards and other engagements.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and sales OR
  • Master's degree and 8+ years of similar experience.
  • Experience leading a team and managing direct reports.
  • Strong communication and diplomatic skills, with the ability to combine scientific knowledge and communication skills effectively.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions and compliance issues.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Strategic thinking, initiative, problem solving, and entrepreneurial spirit with product positioning skills.
  • Ability to maintain focus in a changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Emerging as an internal thought leader with technical and/or business expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of own discipline and its impact on the organization.
