What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Deliver training programs for assigned therapeutic areas to enhance medical affairs capabilities
• Collaborate with Medical Directors to ensure training alignment with medical strategies and compliance requirements
• Analyze and report the impact of training programs, including effectiveness measurements post-training
• Assist medical teams in developing external communication materials and lead training on these resources
• Support additional training requests and initiatives as needed

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Advanced degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD), preferably in the life sciences field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with a focus on medical affairs
• At least 2 years of training or teaching-related experience, with knowledge of adult learning principles
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Proven project management skills, including scheduling, planning, and prioritizing diverse activities
