What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Deliver training programs for assigned therapeutic areas to enhance medical affairs capabilities
  • Collaborate with Medical Directors to ensure training alignment with medical strategies and compliance requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven project management skills, including scheduling, planning, and prioritizing diverse activities
