Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Santa Monica, CA, is seeking an Associate Director of Global Insights & Analytics to guide CAR-T commercialization and lifecycle decisions through advanced market research and forecasting.

You will lead global research involving clinicians, patients, and payers, and collaborate across BD, Commercial, R&D, and Finance to inform strategy and allocate resources. Hybrid work setup in the US is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 8+ years or Bachelor’s with 10+ years experience in biotech/pharma analytics or market research.
• Strong expertise in forecasting models, market research methodologies, and biotech industry insights.
• Preferred experience in hematology/oncology, especially B-Cell Lymphoma, and familiarity with cell therapy modalities.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop market forecasts for new and existing assets using primary/secondary research.
• Lead global market research projects involving physicians, patients, and payers.
• Synthesize market dynamics and competitive intelligence to inform product and disease area strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Commercial, R&D, and Finance teams.
