Job Description
The Associate Director, Clinical Operations Program Leadership (COPL) is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and implementation of clinical development program operations. The role reports to the Senior Director of the Clinical Trial Delivery Unit. COPL is a key contributor as the lead program-level representative, providing advanced functional and technical expertise from both strategic (decision points, risk) and operational (timeline scenarios, feasibility, financials) perspectives. This individual is responsible for contributing meaningful insights and recommendations to the clinical development plans, overseeing the strategy, planning, and delivery of program-level clinical operations deliverables, and developing a high-level clinical study operational strategy based on the Clinical Development Plan (CDP) and key program objectives.

Additional Information
The base salary range is $161,000 - $222,000, determined through an analytical approach considering skills, experience, location, and internal equity. Employees are eligible for short-term and long-term incentives, including bonuses and equity.
